This page gathers, in plain language, what the platform allows, what it prohibits, how it investigates and what it does when it finds a violation.

What is absolutely prohibited

Any content involving people under 18, real or simulated.

Non-consensual content: intimate material published without authorization from the person shown, hidden recording, sexual deepfakes of a real person without consent.

Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, or any sign that the person portrayed is not there of her own free will.

Real violence, bestiality, incest and content that incites crime. Hate speech, threats, harassment and exposure of other people personal data.

How we moderate

Every report is reviewed by a person on the team, not only by an automated system.

Content suspected of involving a minor is removed preventively during the review.

Photos submitted for the Member Card go through moderation before becoming visible.

Consequences

Minor violation on first occurrence: content removal and a warning.

Serious violation or repeat offense: account suspension.

Violation of the absolute prohibitions: immediate closure, balance held for investigation, and notification of the competent authorities where the law requires it.

Right to appeal

Moderation decisions can be appealed once, by replying to the notification received.

The appeal is reviewed by someone other than the person who made the decision.
