The member pays by PIX, boleto or credit card, processed by an authorized partner.
The platform withholds its fee, disclosed before purchase, and the rest goes into your balance.
The balance becomes available for withdrawal after the payment method used has cleared and the chargeback window has closed. Card takes longer than PIX, because the chargeback risk is higher.
You need to complete your payout registration and have the details validated.
There is a minimum withdrawal amount, shown in the Wallet.
The withdrawal lands in the account given in your payout registration, in Brazilian reais.
A chargeback opened by the buyer with the card issuer.
A report under investigation involving the content that generated the payment.

A hold is temporary and tied to an investigation. It is not confiscation, and you are notified.
The credit appears as a transfer from the payment partner, not with a description of the content sold.
On the buyer side, the description is also discreet and does not identify you.
