Governing law and venue

Brazilian law applies, including the Consumer Protection Code, the Marco Civil da Internet, which is Brazil internet bill of rights, and the LGPD data protection law.

The venue of the consumer domicile is elected for settling disputes, in line with the Consumer Protection Code.

Requests from authorities

We respond to valid legal requests from competent Brazilian authorities.

Access logs are kept for 6 months, as required by the Marco Civil da Internet. Transaction data and tax obligations, for 5 years.

The platform is available in several languages, but it is operated from Brazil and under Brazilian law.
